The motel-style setup can be uninviting!!! Rooms lacking in space with only basic essentials!!! Stained bedding and dirty towels indicate a lack of thorough cleaning!!!

We had a really great time in this small hotel in Arcadia. Truly enjoyed having central heating, multi-channel television and a writing desk in the exceptionally comfortable room. The rate was US $ 91. The staff were incredibly kind and superfriendly and the location was ideal in Dallas. Also, this property was situated 1 mile from tourist destination like Bienville Depot Museum...

No bells, no whistles, just facts

The location was ideal for our visit, just a couple of miles from the Bonnie and Clyde Museum. The room was spacious and equipped with a fantastic jacuzzi bath. Friendly staff, ample parking, and reliable wifi. Breakfast featured great coffee, though nearby dining options were limited.

Comfortable beds provided decent rest after long days. Clean bathrooms offered a refreshing space for a post-travel shower.

The room I've seen didn't match the online pictures. The chair had a crooked caster that nearly sent me tumbling. Poor WiFi reception at the far end of the building was frustrating, and the breakfast selection felt lacking with no eggs or bread. I also noticed holes burnt into some of the bedspreads, not ideal for a relaxing stay.

The jacuzzi in our room was a real treat after a long day, and we loved sipping on the great coffee while chatting with the staff. The sun terrace had a nice seating area for relaxation and the pool was refreshing. Only wish there were a bit more dining options nearby, but overall, we had a fantastic stay ☕

We explored local attractions and enjoyed the vibe. The rooms were super clean, and the staff was friendly and quick, especially at check-in. The wi-fi worked great, and the beds were comfy.

The only issue was the squeaky desk chair in the room, a bit annoying while working.

The lodging was cozy and conveniently located near a variety of dining options, and our room even had a bathtub.
